Default Fun on the Farm BOM from Quilt in a Day

Eleanor Burns from Quilt in a Day started a block of the month called "Fun on the Farm" last August. You can get the free block patterns from Quilt in a Day on this website:

https://www.quiltinaday.com/shoponline/specialsale2.asp

Here is my finished version. I only used five of her patterns. I substituted seven blocks with ones that I liked better. I got these substitute block ideas from internet searches of the subject.

I like how it turned out. I'm going to enter it into the State Fair of Virginia in their block of the month category.

Oh, it's lovely! Your quilting is stunning. Do you use a long arm or domestic machine? Best of luck in the State Fair!

Thank you! I have an HQ Sixteen. That is the old version of the HQ Sweet Sixteen. It is a sit-down machine with a 16" harp that you have to move the material instead of the machine like with a longarm. When entering quilt shows, the judges consider it a domestic machine.

I like that you did your own thing using EB/Fun on the Farm as a starting point. I can see this quilt winning a ribbon :-)

Super quilt. I like your images and patterns, colors- all of it. Good luck in winning a ribbon at the fair.

Great quilt with cleverly designed squares. You did a lovely job with the project and your quilting is just perfect.
