Really nice. I love Laurel Burch designs, and you incorporated her print really well. I'd be proud to carry that one!

here is the bag I made for a friend ~ our other friends call us Thing #1 & Thing #2 because we are both "Dawns" and can be trouble when we're together LOL... it turned out cute. I used the Dr. Suess T1T2 fabric for the focal, and embellished with a few others. There is a glasses case and mini wallet that are not pictured to match the bag.

I used a very soft denim for the blue, which saved me from having to use lots of interfacings. It makes for a more supple bag, especially for the beach (she lives on the Gulf of Mexico)

LOL I had the hardest time making the first snips on my Laurel Burch ~ I've been collecting her "Flying Colors" line for years, and just admire it and touch it every once in awhile. I don't want to waste 2 threads of that gorgeous stuff! Same with Loralie's prints ~ I love love love her kitty lines (Sophistikitties and Cool Cats designs) ~ I have enough to make 2-3 quilts of those, and cannot bear to cut them just yet.

I even drew up color combinations on the Dr. Suess bag before I cut, didn't want to waste any of it LOL
