Love the panto. It's a nice softener of all the vertical lines. What is the pattern of the quilt? Love it.

that pattern is Fire Escape by Terry Atkinson. It has 2 four patches and 2 solid blocks in the small blocks. They are tied together with long strips of the matching colors. They remind me of the stairs in the play book of West Side Story! It is a fun quilt to make and is truly an easy pattern. (but it LOOKS hard!) this one is very nicely done!
