Lovely quilt and the hand stitching makes it so special. She will appreciate the hours you spent on it. YOur generosity is heart-warming. I'm not sure I could give a quilt away that I'd hand quilted.

I was always cold while on chemo and during chemotherapy. The quilt will be such a comfort.

This post made me cry. I am so truly sorry that she has to go through all this pain & stress & with 2 children to worry about also. Your gift is a very unselfish act & I am sure she is going to need it & cherish it in her moments of pain & fear & all the stress that she is going to be facing. God bless you for your wonderful gift & I am sending prayers to her for a quick recovery & a long, happy, healthy life.
