What a gorgeous quilt, very patriotic. Were those blocks pieced? If so, that's a labor of love, and I'm sure she loves it.

Lovely quilt! She must have been so pleased to know how much you care. Their jobs are so very important (staying home and keeping things running while spouse is away) for a healthy family life.
