That is a perfect teacher gift! As a retired teacher(34 yrs.), I can tell you that a gift like that is one to be treasured. When a parent, or child made me something...I treasured that gift. It's great for the teacher to use in the classroom as a permanent decoration each month. Things like this make a classroom very homey and special.
