    These are so very special!!! I just love them!! I have several hankies from Momma and my grandmother... will be digging them out (gotta find 'em first!) and thinking about a similar project. Thank you for sharing this!!

    Wonderful idea! I'm going to check with my mom to see if she has any hankies from my grandma and if she'll let me use them. So much better to make something of them then to let them sit in a drawer never to be seen. Thanks for the inspiration.

    When my husband passed away in 2008, a friend asked for a couple of his old work shirts. In return came back a memory teddy bear for each of our children. My son is now 34 and proudly displays his bear along side his fathers picture. Memories are made of more than photographs.

    They're lovely. I've made those little boxes too (from a tutorial on here) for my DILs both new mums. They love them for keeping baby essentials to hand. Yours are terrific.
