    glow in the dark halloween

    I got that same panel when distributing guild show info to area shops. Had not seen it anywhere and my DIL absolutely loves Halloween--so will make it for her maybe next year--my goal now is to focus on Christmas so that my family gets Christmas presents before the middle of the summer! LOL! Glad to hear it actually glows. Think I'm going to do an attic window with it--using very narrow black strips.
