I have a beginner sewer that I am currently teaching. That is exactly what was going to be the project for this weekend. Little tiny baby quilts so she can see the whole process.....and then take something home completed....It is so wonderful to be able to share your skills with someone else.....that is something all of us should be doing. Otherwise it ends with us, and we need to pass it on.

So true! I got my love for quilting from Grandma. My aunts got her love for craft things and none of my cousins do any of this. Since I have a son maybe some day I'll get to pass my quilting things down to a granddaughter. Just hope it's not any time soon. ;-)
