I ordered this pattern as well. Haven't made it yet. The Golden Plait pattern is by Marilyn Hornby. The cost is 5 pounds & you can pay using PayPal. Here is the email address to order the pattern [email protected]

About a few weeks ago (4/19/12) I was wondering if anyone knew what or where this table runner pattern was. Everyone asked if I found out would I share it. (of Course). But here is the story. One person in Nothern England knew what it was it was called: Golden Plait. She saidit was in a magazine in that country a number of years back. She found the designer of the pattern. She contacted her and sent me her email.

I got the pattern the designer emailed me a copy of her article. I paid through pay pal. So if you are interested in this pattern you can email her at mailto:[email protected] and she will sell you a copy of the magazine article ( email it to you). That is what I did. This is what I did I got a copy of the article. I have not made it yet as I have had a few things come up. But I am getting closer. I just love it. Hope this answers all your questions. Thank you one and all for your help. A special thank you to Northern Lass, Bristol England.
Thank You
ruthie

This is the story. Only difference is now it is made.

I too loved that pattern and echoed my wish for info on the pattern. Kudos to you for following through. It's stunning.

Just a suggestion. If you are using a digital camera, push the button halfway down and wait for the camera to focus, about one second, then finish pushing down to snap your photo. Hope this helps.
