Did you finish it w/quilting, tieing, or what method (can't see it close enough to be able to tell)

Great-great Granny.. I quilted it on my quilting machine..I purchased a panto that said tee time on it with a golfball sitting on a tee. it turned our really pretty and the customer loved it.
