When I started quilting and had no stash I did my 1st quilt a T-shirt quilt with my daughters t-shirts. Came out pretty good. Was way to big to quilt my self sent it out to a long arm quilter here in town.

This was a quilt I made for a friend who lost a companion after 48 years and could not part with the shirts.

This was such good fabric, Polo, Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and so on, that I made one for his puppy who still drags it around everywhere he goes.

All the quilts look great. I've not done a tshirt quilt yet, but plan on doing so with my son's shirts.

I particularly love the other two. Very touching -- 48 years is a long time. After looking at the pictures a second time I noticed that you did the pockets of the shirts. I love the look and I'm sure it means a lot to him.

What a wonderful way for companion and dog to feel close to their loved one. They can literally be wrapped in his love.

Very nice. What a memory of a loved one. I'm sure that the dog loves having his master's scent to sleep with!

Very nice. You used all the different shirts to their advantage. The quilts will be loved, even by the puppy.
