Looks pretty to me. Sometimes we just need a second opinion about our projects.

Mahalo - that quilt is beautiful and if you decide you REALLY don't like it, send it on to me, I'll love it and give it a good home!

I think that it looks better than 95% of the scrappy quilts that we see. I love the blended color scheme for your warm palette.

I absolutely love how you described the quilt! That made me laugh!!!! I just finished a quilt top that I do like, but after working on it for a couple of days, the dominant fabric started to look like someone had barfed on it after eating pizza or spaghetti.

I know this is almost sacriligous to say, but I generally don't like batiks, so I don't often like batik quilts. Of course, I am also color challenged, very nearsighted and have double vision. Put them all together and focusing on batiks, as my then 3 year old daughter used to say, "makes my eyes go". (We never did find out where her eyes went!)

Batik or not, I do like the border print!

Like you, I probably-maybe would have finished, but could never love this quilt unconditionally. But, on the beach, yes. At a picnic, yes. In someone elses home, absolutely.
