Exactly what I was thinking.
I overthink my scrappy sometimes.
The only rules are the ones you put on yourself, IMHO.

I LOVE random color string and find that if you use one central color (black, dark blue, red, etc.) you can use almost all prints and colors and still give the eye a place to rest with a unifying element.
