Do you REALLY have those beautiful rolling hills in New Jersey???
I am constantly amazed that there is any open spaces left on the East Coast. <g> I remember the first time I met someone from New York state. He kept trying to tell me that there were dairy herds in his state.
I had gotten so used to seeing New York City in the advertisements, I couldn't conceive of any farmland, even though I did know that the state was quite large.
One of my cousins was from Massachusetts, telling me that there were forests with big trees in them - - it was hard for me to believe.
In a way, my impression of East of the Mississippi must be like my Eastern cousins who seem disappointed that we aren't still fighting the savage Indians! LOL
If you get to look on those rolling hills during the winter, I do believe you are truly blessed <wave>
