    Got up early and built a lighthouse!

    Here's my finished block 8 of By Wisdom a House is Built .... In the Country by Sarah Sporrer. It's a Block of the Month quilt kit I bought YEARS ago, dug out of my craft room closet, fell in love with all over again, and am determined to finish by Christmas. Of THIS year!

    I'm thinking what a great wedding present that quilt would make. Maybe if I started it now, it would be ready when my 12 year old granddaughter gets married!!

    Very fond of that collection. I am not a big block of the month fan, but that one is most appealing. Very well done and a good block chosen.
