Here's the quilt top I just finished for my nephew's college graduation. His sister is also graduating from HS this year, so she will get the purple one I posted a few weeks ago. Used the same turning twenty pattern, but tried for more masculine color scheme. My DD said I got a little frilly for her cousin, but I hope he will like it.

I really like it and I think it's very masculine with the shades of browns.

Doesn't look frilly to me. Strong masculine colors.

If your qult recipient says anything negative, tell him you already have a home for it where it will be loved and treated with the respect that fine art is due. I'll send my address right away. I'll even pay postate.

Thanks for all your kind words. Now for sandwiching and quilting. Hate sandwiching. Love quilting. Guess I need to just get past the sandwiching by tackling it head-on. OK. I'm ready.
