    Grand Illusion Mystery Quilt Top

Here is a picture of my quilt top, "Grand Illusion," the Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt. I made quite a few changes to it by adding sashing around every block, changing the yellow-turquoise 4-patches in the center of each block, and changing from turquoise cornerstone blocks to pinwheels. I added a couple of extra borders as well. My top is 104" square. It is so large it is hanging off of my design board. Sorry the photo is sideways - I don't know how to rotate it. If someone will tell me, I can re-post it.

Very, very nice. I hated mine, but with the narrow sashing around each block, yours is stunning.

Wow, your quilt top is beautiful! How long did it take you? My fabrics are still sitting, waiting to be cut and sewn.

I had to look up where Benton City, WA is. Just outside TriCities. I hope you the weather is treating you well.
