Beautiful quilt and I bet your granddaughter especially loved it because she had helped with the process of dyeing. Love how all the blocks look so different.

Your GD looks very happy and how fun that you were able to work on this together. It's something she'll always be able to treasure. Lovely job.

I am getting ready to dye fabrics with my quilt guild in the next 2 months. I will be sending the washed fabric in just a few weeks to finish the prep before dying. I watched one You Tube video a moment ago to get some Ideas and like what I saw. I will only be doing 3 yards with the guild and know I will soon enough be doing more hand dying at home. Thanks for sharing this beautiful hand dyed quilt.

Your pretty granddaughter looks so pleased with her new quilt. What a joy it must have been for the two of you to work together & make memories. I've never seen fabric dyed like that before. It really looks awesome.

You and your granddaughter are great collaborators. I hope she continues to learn fabric arts from you because you are amazing.
