Just finished adding the last stitches in the binding. My granddaughter has been crazy about orange since she was little. So that is the color I chose for her quilt. It is twin size, d9p and machine quilted. I don't do much in the way of machine quilting but I think this turned out good. This is the largest machine quilting project I've tried; but no pleats on the front or back so I'm pleased. I still prefer hand quilting. Thanks for looking.

Thanks everyone! I have two more granddaughters (twins) graduating next year. Maybe I should get started on theirs now.

Thanks! The print block that has the blue in it also has orange. You can't see it very well in the picture. I didn't just pick the orange at random. It does tie in. They do look good together. I think the black really adds some punch.

I LOVE IT!!! My granddaughter has loved orange since a tiny tot and is a fan of Syracuse University Orange teams. I never could think what to do with orange being the major color in a quilt. Your color combos are wonderful. Thanks for the inspiration.
