The first quilt I made about 3 yrs ago.. it's a scrappy log cabin, and it has been very well used by my granddaughter, I made it for her Birthday.. the backing is purple and lavender flannel. I did a all over meander and feather's in the border.

the second quilt, took me a little longer to make. The color's are not exactly right in the picture. She Loves Purple and lime green.. It's the sparklie purple and lavender.. the lime green has hearts in the fabric. The back is a dark purple flannel, I did a dragger pattern all over and flames and feathers in the border's... its very hard to see the quilting, I used purple thread.. I had no place to hang them, so here they are.. done by me on my HQfusion, free hand..

All four of my Granddaughter's Love Purple.. and they all want lime green.. it took me a long time to find a pattern that those color's would look good in and oh yes can't forget the black... ha ha

Have fun making your quilt.. I love looking at there faces when they see them... because it's made especially for them.. they love it...

Both quilts are very nice. The log cabin is very sweet and the purple and green one is in my favorite colors
