I love the fabrics in your quilt top, and your quilting is always amazing. You definitely have a talent all of us admire. I have a question though: Did you quilt it from the back? I do simple quilting on my DSM and notice I have a very difficult time doing FMQ on a busy quilt top, as I can't see my stitches........where I've been and where I need to go next. This is especially true on solid black as well. Any suggestions?

Oh my goodness, Charisma, this is my visual treat for the day! It's like I've already lost thirty pounds, and I still look at every cake, pie, and cookie at the market! I know I can't quilt like you do, but the pleasure is in the looking! Thank you for showing the results of your talents. oxoxoxox

Love the fabric/colorways. Gray is the new black! And, as always, your quilting gave it LIFE.

Love the colors and quilting. Thanks for sharing info on batting and thread choices. Us wannabee long armers really appreciate your teaching. Like you I am on a fabric (and food) fast this year. LOL

You were right to use a solid backing...it shows off your beautiful quilting. Liked that kit you put together too.
