Default The great reveal for this BIG Christmas present

This disappearing hour glass quilt (Missouri star quilt pattern) just needs its binding and then it is finished. Almost all of the fabrics on the front came from my stash. The backing is moose on the loose fabric - my son's favorite animal. The quilt is about 103 inches square and even with wool batting is very heavy. He's unaware of this gift so can't wait to see his response to it.

Great quilt! DHG is a super pattern for using up stash fabrics. Your son will love that it's reversible too!
