Default Green/Purple Bargello for my DD - my own design!

Do you remember my practice bargello from 2011? I cannot believe it's been more than four years since I made it. I also followed that up with a picture of it after I quilted and bound it. Here are the links.

I wanted to make another one using my pattern. I overheard someone asking my daughter how many quilts I had made for her. She, who hardly ever asks for anything, said, none. Now I had someone to make it for and used her favorite colors: green and purple.

Pictured below, the quilt is 48" x 60". I am going to make it into a twin quilt by adding a bargello border with similar colors. I have several Lovely charm pack that should blend well. Some of the fabrics in this quilt are in the Lovely line by Debbie Beaves. It sold so well that it is hard to find anymore!

Hopefully, I will have it done for my DD before she goes back to college, or, ahem, before the cold weather sets in.

Interesting Bargello design, very nicely done. I made a purple and green Bargello using my own design I drew using EQ7 for a friend who is a member here. These are her favorite colors too.

Wow, it is so pretty! I love purple too, and it goes well with green.

I love that your design doesn't require 20+ fabrics to create such a stunning design! Very, very pretty.

I see a piece out of place. Anyone see where it is? The good thing about bargellos is, fixing a mistake is fairly easy.
