I love your purple and green! I can remember way back in 5th grade (almost 60 years ago) when I was making a brochure featuring things about the country of Mexico. I colored a border with purple and green. The teacher started yelling about using purple and green. She stated purple and green plainly do not go together. My sassy reply was something about God getting it wrong when he made lilacs and purple Iris flowers. Darn! Purple and green do go together. That made her sizzle!

Very nice. I know your DD will enjoy it. My bargello is currently a UFO. My mother (91) has required a lot more of my time so quilting has gone by the wayside for now. But that's ok ... I can still enjoy seeing what others on this Board are doing. Thanks for sharing.
