    This is the quilt I make for my granddaughter. I painted it and hand dyed it. The face is based on her likeness. (except in green!)

    Can you post the picture so we can see it better than just in your avatar? It looks beautiful and I'd love to be able to see it better. Oh my gosh....it just came up....AND its sooo worth it...its GORGEOUS!! :shock: :D :D

    Your Mermaid piece is outstanding!! :thumbup: Wow, you are so talented & I bet your grand daughter will be so proud of it, too!! :D My grand daughter has always loved Mermaids & I have made her several Mermaid themed projects, but nothing as breath taking as your project. Thank you for sharing!!

    Wow that is really special. I have seen so many here that have this type of design (looking like real people in them) and have wondered how is it done/ I can only hope I can get to that point some day. Awesome!
