    Hadleigh's Quilt

I made this Dresden plate for my newest GD all hand pieced and hand quilted. I used 30's reproduction prints, her mother did her room very vintage. I can't wait to meet this little girl, my daughter is at the hospital as I post we are just waiting for the phone call that we can come. She has been there all night with not a lot of progress. It has been along night for this momma. Thanks for having a look.

Congratulations on the addition to the family - your quilt is a perfect welcome.
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

I normally don't like 30s fabric, but your quilt may make me change my mind. Thanks for showing it to us. Hope you get to see that new grandbaby soon!!!!

Is that pretty. I love how you repeated the design in the center of the plate and in the corners of the blocks.
