I made these pillowcases for my grandchildren for Halloween. Taking a suggestion from a poster on this board, I suggested they can use them for trick-or-treat and then come home and put them on their beds.

When I bought the fabric at JoAnns she asked what I was making. I told her pillowcases and how they could use them for bags for trick-or-treat. She asked if I was going to attach handles. I guess the poor dear never trick-or-treated with a pillowcase. LOL

If they look short and skinny that is because I folded them so they would all fit into the picture.

I'm glad you explained the size...I was wondering about their pillows  These are simply awesome dual-duty cases. I love the fabrics.

Way too cute!! I SO remember trying to fill my pillow case with candy! Oddly enough - no matter how full it was when I came home - there was a lot less in the morning (lol).

Great idea. I remember trick or treating with pillow cases. Guess that shows how old I am!
