Hope I'm not too late! Leave the quilt as is and call it Halloween cake! I love the quilt and think it's a lot of fun!

I was just about to write exactly what "Wesing" wrote in the response just above mine. I love it, thought of a Halloween layer cake immediately. Enjoy it, I bet it will get lots of fun comments.

My first thought was that is was a cake, lol. I think it is cute as can be and a child will love it. I can see it put with other blankets for forts. (I have 9 grands and they love to use my small quilts for forts and hiding places.)

I was wondering that too, bear. It's awfully busy as it is and it "might" be a bit calmer and stand out more if the background was a solid or near solid black.
