Thread: Hand Quilted Primitive House Cushion WIP

    This is my latest handwork, it is 21inch x 22 inch and when finished it will have prairie points around the outside edge. The pattern is from 'Australian Country Threads' applique year book.

    Hi Michele, I did outline quilting for four or five rows and then filled in the gaps with straight lines.

    Wowsers! That is a whole lot of closely spaced hand work, almost like stipple except you didn't change directions as often as a stipple does. Gives the piece absolutely wonderful texture. Love it!
