    Default Happy Cats
    I have a self-proclaimed "crazy cat lady" cousin who's going to be a first time mommy soon. My youngest DD is turning ten soon and can't wait until she's old enough to follow in my cousin's cat lady shoes, so she had a huge influence on the baby quilt. It had to be cat themed and it had to have purple. So here's what she got:

    I used variegated thread in yellows and greens for the green fish blocks, variegated thread in shades of blue for the blue fish blocks, and purple variegated thread for the border. I did small ocean wave swirls in the striped borders and larger, identical ocean wave swirls in the purple borders, between the cats. Thanks for looking!
