This quilt was made for my first great grandchild. It was fun to make. The patterns came from a nurse's shirt, drawn to size with a few embellishments. A pattern can come from anywhere.

That is so cute.....So how did you do it?? applique or painting ?? I can't make it out.

Had to edit..Did you cut the blocks from the scrubs?

I used needle turn applique on the frogs, painted the lily pads, and drew the water marks with a sharpie.

I drew the pictures to size. The pics on the scrubs were tiny.
