    Top of the Mornin' to ya. Corned Beef and cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions, and soda bread on the menu for tomorrow. (Americanized Irish menu).

    Yes you were right about the being St Patrick’s themed. I was really hoping for Spring! I am going to download them, wait to see what April blocks are before deciding if I will use them altered/toned down or replace them completely with something else.

    We've got corned beef in the slow cooker. Might have small scoop of vanilla ice cream with Bailey's Irish Crème for dessert.
