    For the life of me I can't see anything ugly here. What a beautiful quilt. Would love to see your partners quilt. I too am getting to like more of Ricky Tims patterns. Guess I'll have to add that to my bucket list.

    Whatever you may have started with, it certainly didn't turn out "ugly". I like it, and those are not my usual choice of colors but I think it turned out great. What's that saying about a sows ear? Good job to both of you.

    I love Ricky Tims, took two of his seminars. He makes it all look so-o-o simple. But, I have not, as yet, tried to make any. One day soon!!!

    Actually, I was going to do this, but did not like the way anything looked on top of it. I am not good a drawing freehand.

    Could you post a picture of what the other person came up with? I would never know yours was made with rather random fabric choices. The pattern is perfect for those fabrics!
