Default Harry Potter quilt for my DIL

Started this sew a long with Sew Fresh Quilts back in March and finished quilting it in time for Christmas for our DIL. Their Christmas present to their two kids, age 11 and 6, was a trip to Universal Studios to the Harry Potter exhibit. A Harry Potter Christmas 2019 for sure.

I used a Wizard pantograph and copied it 6 times on Golden Threads paper, then ripped off all the paper. She loved it.

This is a fun quilt for DIL and family. What a fun trip that must have been for everyone! You did a great job on this quilt. It sets of lightening bolts everywhere.

How fun! I have to admit I've been watching the movies a lot lately -- 20th anniversary! How time flies for all of us.

Great job! I have been planning to make this quilt. One of the things holding me up is the purple background, as in I haven’t spotted a shade I like. I like yours......do you remember what you used?
