Have you ever seen a seam ripper like this one?

I've had this one for years - and absolutely love it. I've never run across another one. It is great for some "ripping" jobs.

How big is it? Needs a ruler or a hand to give a size.

I have one of those - it is from the 1970s I think. I don't use it much, but as I recall it was very sharp.

Would love to find one like that. Seems like it would be HEAVY DUTY. I have had 2 break on me in the past month.

I have one that was in my Mom's sewing stuff and just love it. I would love to have one by each machine, so if anyone ever finds where they can be bought, I sure hope that they post the info.

I have one of those but they were a give away from a store to cut coupons out of newspapers, etc. They were given away back in the 70s--surprised I still have it as I lose everything!

I got one of these several years ago - BET-A-SEAM RIPPER and I just love it. Sharp like a razor blade, but you can use the ip to pick individual stitches. Actually think I may have worn in out...lol.

I remember having one like that myself! It is a great tool, but sadly I don't have mine anymore. My favorite one now is the ergonomic one by clover.

It seems to me that it was from the Current card company for cutting out pages from a magazine.

yes, I had one long time ago, too. havent see one in years. I also had something like this for cutting paper, like clipping stuff from the news paper. Maybe an office store would have it in that area???

I bought some of those back in the 70s but they weren't billed as seam rippers but as coupon clippers. They were very sharp but got dull with all the coupons I clipped. I haven't seem them for sale since then.

It looks familiar. I think I had one back in the 60s or 70s. I don't have it anymore.

I have a couple of those - they were advertised for cutting coupons from newspapers or magazines. They do work well as seam rippers.
