Cool Hedgehog Quilt

My second grandson was born 8 months ago but I just finnished his baby quilt. It is just in time as I will be visiting him for the second time. The theme is woodland but it is mostly a hedgehog quilt. I found the cutest Hedgehog fabric for the back. The adorable red check border fabric I found in a box of hand me down fabric I received from some one. I think it is perfect for this quilt. My DD loves it. The quilt is my own design, pieced and quilted.

Just cute as can be! What a great feeling to use those bonus fabrics in this and your 1930s baby quilt and they coordinate perfectly with your quilts. Nice work!

That is adorable. Never saw Hedgehog fabric before. Never really saw one until Dr K's Exotic pets was on Nat Geo Wild. They are kind of cute.
