Ohh! I like option 1. I can't tell you why, I just works better in my mind's eye.

I REALLY liked #1 because I LOVE the silver leaf fabric, but then Option #3 is good too. Have you considered swapping the red and white? Large Red square and Small White square, or is that more red than you want? ANY of those options are really attractive!
