Help with Spools ??

I use mine too. I had trouble with mine falling in the floor so I went to thinking what I could do. I finally solved the problem with a large heavy Shrek glass my grandson left here. I put the thread spool in the glass behind the machne and it works great.

That's a cone, not a spool. It isn't meant to sit on top of the machine. Get a cone holder or rig one up, so it can sit on the table behind the machine. I bought one a Hancocks.

My husband attached a home made version of the metal thread lifter thing to the sewing machine table that I use (but it is a really a free standing computer desk).
It never flies anywhere that way. It didn't cost anything because it was made from something sitting around.
