Hahaha!! That's exactly what my cat used to do. It didn't take me long to put up a design wall (2 flannel backed table cloths) to keep the blocks in the order I choose, not Spencer the Cat's re-arrangement. BTW, Spencer looks just like your cat. They are so much fun.

One of the nicest things about this board is the number of people who have fur babies who are so much a part of the family that they "help." I have two cats who came during a freezing storm to ask for shelter. I have no idea from whence they came. And I have three dogs, a rescue Pomeranian, a rescue Yorkie and a Yorkie raised from a pup. They are all terrific helpers. froggyintexas

That has happened to me too. Or when I'm quilting and the cats think they have to lay on it to keep it from blowing away. The only thing funnier was when I was using post-its to mark the rows and one of the cats kept running through and rolling on my blocks. Ended up with those yellow notes sticking to her tail, feet and back. It was so funny, I couldn't get upset.

I have 3 dogs do this to me, now I put a flannel backed tablecloth on my bed and use that.

Maybe kitty didn't like the placement of the blocks and thought he would change the pattern

Every time I take out my board and rotary cutter, one of my kitties make a bee-line for the table and plops right now with paws stretched out as if to say 'I am more important, pet me now!" It is true she is more important but after a good petting she usually decides to go to the window to sleep. Then I am allowed to continue my sewing.

Oh, that's so funny! I used to have cats that would do the same thing. At least you still have a kitty....
