my cat Clea just likes to lay around on my pressed blocks, thank goodness he is a picky eater and has never messed with the thread. Cats may be the "real" quilt inspectors, nothing gets by their curious little noses and finicky attitudes.

but don't we all just love r furbabies :)

My black kitty Abby likes to keep me company. I have a sewing stool setup with a comfy cushion by the window just for her. She naps or looks out the window and I sew. When she thinks it's time to love her, she gets down and starts rubbing my legs as I sew or she will jump in my lap, which can be startling as she weighs 17 pounds. Needless to say, the sewing stops and my princess gets some lovin.

Oh, pretty baby. Nothing enhances quilts like a hair from a kitty. :)

We once had a cat who took a ball of yarn from my mother's needle point project upstairs and proceeded to "wrap" it over, under, and around the bed, chair, etc. in the guest room. She must have been bored that day. It took quite a while to untangle the room.
