BUT I do have thar fabulous print in two colorways, wondering just what to do with it. I picked up 2 yards of each at Wal-Mart, months ago. it was on clearence, $4.44 a yard. Is that a deal? Most all of the other fabric I like is $9.99 or more per yard.
I am making a art quilt using an asian dragon for the center panel. then I tried to get creative with the rest.
That way I only know if there is something that is differant that planed.
Actually you can see on the thread that I started this one (WITHOUT A CLUE) as to what I was doing.
Sorry foe the long wind. I'm new at all of this. Will get better soon, I hope.Ray.
Ray, your wall hanging is absolutely gorgeous! And way more creative than anything I could come up with. I sent you a pm! And as for getting better, you've already left me in the dust!! :-P

Are the six triangles pieced first, and assembled,
OR the triangles made into strips, then assembled?
Looking closely at the picture. I see the Hexs and I see how the strips are lined up from side to side. I just love the whole premiss. You must send it to me, and let me ponder over it for a few decades, to really see how you have made this wonderful quilt.

Also! Did you randomly place the hexs, (if you did it that way) or did you place them on a design board first, and take days looking at them. Moving this one there, and that one over there. Moving them to just the right place to convay your Idea...
Please this inquireing mind has to know. Or you could post pictures of the whole book for us to follow.
No just kidding... There are laws aginst that, I'm sure.

I'll tell you what Ray: Sign up for the June Doll Quilt Swap, and I'll convince Chele to make us partners, and I'll make you one (a small one) of your own. Of course you have to make a little quilt of your own choosing for me, in exchange
