    Thanks. Hubby's accident was in April, and he is back at work now although moving more slowly. We were lucky.

    I have finally started piecing my dj with reproductions also..and also by hand!! Guess that means we are both a little crazy!

    So was Jane S the first "liberated" quilter? LOL Am I correct in saying these are 4" blocks? I so admire anyone who sews this quilt. You've got a great start!

    oh perfection now. they are coming along. better you than me, i've never tried do to the DJ quilt.

    I am going to be following your progress, because I am just starting a DJ also, and I did join the group that dakotamaid talked about. But following yours, will also help me to figure out how to do some of them. Good luck on it. I love the blocks that you have done so far. They are really pretty.

    Hope your husband is doing well!! I also am working on DJ. I started about a year ago. I am going at my own pace and since I like to be different, I am using my own patterns as I go. I like to make blocks that look like blocks I have put into other quilts, I just change the size. I have about 50 blocks done. Will watch as you progress.
