Did this last week! I love working in ginghams! They always look so crisp and fresh!! I am also a Beatrix Potter fan!!

Seem to be having problems with my photos loading sideways!! Haven't been on the booze! Honest!!

This is adorable! Please don't take this as criticism, because I do the same thing, but why does it seem that whenever we hold up something to show it's always sideways or upside down? I HATE THAT!!!

It looks great with the (is that) Beatrix Potter characters? Even if they are not, goes together beautifully.

I love it. I wouldn't have known it was gingham if you hadn't
said and had a close up. Very pretty.

The pattern is called 'Floating Stars' by Lynne Edwards, a British quilter who has written several books! She does wonderful Cathedral window quilts! I haven't attempted them, tho!!!!

Are your ginghams 100% cotton? It looks so nice in a quilt but I've never used them because I can't find them 100% cotton. I may have to try them anyway :-)

Love your quilt. It's really charming. Is quilting different in the UK? Do you get different quilt fabs than we do here in the USA?
