Really nice Blue! A center for your B and W is a perfect solution.

I was thinking as I made it of adding a border of something striking. But nothing really lept out and said "use me". And it would have been an absolutely perfect table topper for our smoked glass dining room table.... except that about a month ago I convinced hubby to ditch it in favour of a larger timber table! LOL

Remember he's colour blind, he sees shades and shadows better than we do. As a small child he was taken rabbit hunting all the time, he was the only one who could spot the rabbits amongst the grass and the background of the hills, to us they look the same colour, but to him they might as well have had flashing lights on their backs, they were that obvious.

Here's where the O and V are.... I can't remember where he saw the L, will ask when he gets home. And the E was not quite there... just almost.

Still can't see it - maybe it's a man thing.... anyways, great that he looks so closely at your work!

Your right about how everyone sees differently. Love the rabbit story as I can relate to that! DH can NOT see a huge pile of dirty socks on the bedroom floor, but a single switch of a deer' s tail in the woods SCREAMS at him!!

lower case 'e', right beside it...not sure about the 'L', though.
anytime, my hubby wants to see 'love' in one of my projects, that's alright by me :D

I would love to have this pattern - where do I get it?? You did a wonderful job! I like the black and grays together.
