DH asked me to make a diaper bag for a girl he works with who is expecting a baby. The criteria was that it be "hip" because she is pretty young. Here is what I came up with. The sides button so it can be narrow or wide depending what is needed.

buttoned

Ditto above, and I love the colourway you chose. That should be hip enough for anyone.

That's really beautiful! Very sophisticated looking - she can use it as a tote for things other than diapers.

I remember back about eight years ago when a friend of mine bought a Coach diaper bag for $300 - yes, really! and that was a sale price - as a carryall for work. She insisted that even though they were marketed as diaper bags, women who liked large totes were snapping them up. I laughed at her, then had to see one for myself and the saleswoman at Coach said in fact most sales were not to mothers. I mean, this was a large pocketed bag in the typical Coach leather....

My point is, most people don't want to fork over $300 - $400 for a diaper bag/large tote, but they do want them if they're nice like yours. You might have a market for your bag.
