    Holiday Door Banner

    Today was nice sunny day to take a photo of our door banner..made it will left over fabrics from the placemats I made for family members this year.

    That is so nice and what is nicer is that you got to use up some of your scraps. Lovely banner and thanks for sharing. Very nice addition for the holiday.

    I saw something similar the other day and your beautiful hanging reminded me of it! Someone had made a pocket for the tree holder part and the pocket held the battery pack for a set of mini lights. A dozen eyelets stitched on the tree, insert the light and turn on some fun! I love your hanging - great job!

    I just used equilateral 60 degree triangles ... 9-1/2", 7", 6" and the top star is two 2-1/2 " . The beige star background is 12" X 24" finished and border square are 3" finished. I did not have a pattern, just left over Christmas fabrics from placemats. Thank you for asking and Merry Christmas.
