I agree an octagon has 8 sides and this has 6. Sorry, but yes I think it should be on the wall. Maybe I can create some kind of a frame made with dowels or some thing of such. I want ot put the waves on the border and such so will work on it later today. Have a great day, Huggies, Fay

great quilt!! you can always add sleeves on the top and the sides for wooden inserts now. just make the side ones closed on the bottom ends and open at the top ends to slip the wooden dowels into. when on the wall the quilt will lay flat.

:-D :-D :-D It's not a hard one to do if you know how to do the 'Y' seams. I made a wave design on plastic template material so later today I will try it. Going to put it on the borders. Have a great day, Huggies, Fay
