I searched this site for any quilt I could make using two honey buns - this Cobblestone Road is the one I found.

It needs borders - red? blue? both? SOmething else? I can see either solid or a polka dot? Something else?

My last two were neutral and dark colors. This was fun to work on!

Gorgeous quilt. The borders look great as they are though if you are trying to make it slightly bigger or if you are trying to frame it, maybe a solid colour and slightly wider than the strips on the quilt would work? Love your quilt!

I agree. You could use dark blue or green. The quilt is so bright already, I think a red inner border might be too much.

I vote for a blue border as well. The quilt is gorgeous so any color you chose for the border will work regardless. Great job!! :)

Update - the borders aren't necessarily my first choices, but they had the advantage of already being in my little stash-lette. I needed it to be bigger and ... it is!
