    I agree with your dream. The quilt is better with the striped fabric in it.

    I Like It! What are you thinking for the finish? If you pick up some of the brighter colors in a border. ( I see coral and some bright blues and even a bit of purple in there.) It would look really great with two or three courses on the border, one with more color, the next lighter, like the black and white in the quilt, and the last one dark, like the darker background, and narrow. What does grandpa say about that? :D

    thanks Ruth. Didn't get a chance to work on it this weekend. I showed my niece how to make a quilted pillow.:)
